HR and Admin Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform job posting, interview arrangement and job placement follow up matters
  • Prepare HR documents, correspondence and reports
  • Assist in performing various human resources functions including leave administration, compensation and benefit, performance management etc
  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Support and coordinate company events
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years working experience (Fresh Graduate is also welcome)
  • Proficienct in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Detail-minded and good communication skills
  • Familiar with HRIS is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer

 

Working location: walk 5 mins to Wong Chuk Hang MTR station
