Responsibilities:

• Provide daily helpdesk support, technical support and system troubleshooting.
• Provide user support for IT related issues, including network, printers & IP Phone issues.
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices and related peripherals.
• Assist in managing hardware and software inventories.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Good analytical problem solving skills.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' system support experience.
• Experience in retail POS & ERP will be an advantage.
• Occassional outdoor work is required.
