HR and Admin Assistant / Officer
Responsibilities:
- Perform job posting, interview arrangement and job placement follow up matters
- Prepare HR documents, correspondence and reports
- Assist in performing various human resources functions including leave administration, compensation and benefit, performance management etc
- Perform general office administration duties
- Support and coordinate company events
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines
- 1-2 years working experience (Fresh Graduate is also welcome)
- Proficienct in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Detail-minded and good communication skills
- Familiar with HRIS is an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer
Working location: walk 5 mins to Wong Chuk Hang MTR station
